Frances-Higgins Projects (FHP) are currently recruiting Panel Wirers and Electricians’ Mates to join our client’s team based in Normanton, Wakefield.
You will be working on the full wiring and electrical preparation of 10kVA to 1250kVA generators within a workshop environment. Once prepared, generators are deployed across a wide range of UK sites and industries.
🔧 Role Responsibilities
Complete all wiring and electrical tasks associated with 10kVA–1250kVA generators
Prepare generators in the workshop ready for site installation
Work as part of a professional team supporting nationwide projects
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and accuracy
⏰ Hours & Contract
Standard hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Contract length: January to April/May 2026
Location: Normanton, Wakefield
💷 Pay Rates
Electricians’ Mates: from £14.50 per hour
Control Panel Wirers: up to £16.50 per hour
